Red Lips From Real-Life Pin-Up Girl Kat Von D

It makes sense that Kat Von D, the star of L.A. Ink, is obsessed with the black cat-eye liner and bold red lips of retro pin-up girls, considering she has a few of them tattooed on her own arms and legs.
But Von D also has lots of practice with makeup of the non-ink variety. "When I was in second or third grade, I found a black liquid eyeliner in a public bathroom,".
